Concept
The aim of the project was to create a vibrant new retail & leisure environment on a disused area spanning underneath the Mancunian Way.
The Solution
We worked with Bruntwood to develop a scheme that could be a new home to independent retailers on Oxford Road Manchester. We were able to maximise the site by opening up the space beneath the Mancunian Way and the modular approach allows the potential for reconfiguration for future phases
